「補助金マッチング」（以下「本アプリ」）は、risunoa が提供するスマートフォンアプリです。 本ポリシーでは、本アプリにおける情報の取り扱いについて説明します。

2. 収集・保存する情報

2-1. 本アプリが収集・保存しない情報

本アプリは以下の情報を一切収集・保存しません。

• 氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号、住所などの個人を特定できる情報

• ログイン情報（本アプリにアカウント登録機能はありません）

• 位置情報

• デバイス識別子（広告IDなど）

個人情報保護法（令和4年改正）が定める「個人情報」の収集は行っておらず、同法上の個人情報取扱事業者としての義務は本アプリには生じません。

アプリは初回起動時にランダムなUUIDを端末内に生成し、お気に入りや保存した検索条件の管理にのみ使用します。個人を特定する情報は含まれません（電気通信事業法第27条の12に基づく開示）。

2-2. 本アプリが処理する情報

補助金検索のために以下の情報をサーバーに送信しますが、サーバー側にユーザーと紐付けて保存することはありません。

2-3. ユーザーが明示的に保存した情報

「この条件を保存して新着を受け取る」機能をご利用の場合、上記 2-2 の検索条件がサーバーに保存されます。ただし、ユーザーを特定する情報（氏名・連絡先等）とは紐付けられません。

2-4. お気に入り

「お気に入り」に登録した補助金の ID がサーバーに保存されます。こちらもユーザーを特定する情報とは紐付けられません。

3. 情報の第三者提供

収集した情報を第三者に販売・提供・開示することはありません。

4. 外部サービスの利用

本アプリは以下の外部サービスを利用しています。

• 通信は HTTPS（TLS）で暗号化されています。

• バックエンドサーバーにはレート制限・セキュリティヘッダーを実装しています。

6-1. 補助金情報について

本アプリが表示する補助金情報は、政府公式の補助金申請システム jGrants の Web API および各自治体公式サイトから取得した情報をもとに risunoa が作成しています。

コンテンツの内容は日本国政府及び自治体によって保証されたものではありません。

risunoa は掲載情報の正確性・最新性について一切の責任を負いません。補助金の受給を保証するものではありません。申請をご検討の際は必ず公式ページ・窓口で最新情報をご確認ください。

6-2. 本アプリの位置づけ

本アプリは情報の提供のみを行います。申請の代行・仲介・相談は行いません。表示される制度は「対象になりうるもの」であり、受給資格の判定ではありません。最終的な対象可否は、必ず各制度の公式ページ・窓口でご確認ください。

7. 本ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは予告なく変更される場合があります。重要な変更がある場合はアプリ内またはリリースノートでお知らせします。

Privacy Policy — Subsidy Matching

1. Introduction

"Subsidy Matching" (the "App") is a smartphone app provided by risunoa. This Policy explains how information is handled in the App.

2. Information We Collect and Store

2-1. Information the App does NOT collect or store

The App does not collect or store any of the following:

- Personally identifiable information such as name, email address, phone number, or address

- Login information (the App has no account registration feature)

- Location information

- Device identifiers that could identify an individual by name, email, or phone number (advertising IDs, hardware IDs, etc.)

The App does not collect "personal information" as defined by the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (as amended in 2022), and the App is therefore not subject to the obligations of a personal information handling business operator under that Act.

2-2. Information the App processes and transmits

To provide subsidy searches and features, the following information is sent to the server:

- Industry: subsidy matching (not stored on the server)

- Number of employees: subsidy matching (not stored on the server)

- Prefecture / municipality: subsidy matching (not stored on the server)

- Gender / age (individual flow): subsidy matching (not stored on the server)

- App-generated UUID (anonymous device ID): stored on the server to separate favorites and saved searches per user (anonymous; cannot identify an individual)

About the app-generated UUID: On first launch, the App generates and stores a random UUID (e.g., a1b2c3d4-...) on the device, used solely to manage favorites and saved search conditions per device. It contains no personal information such as name, contact details, or location, and provides no means of identifying an individual. This is disclosed here as transmitted information under Article 27-12 of the Telecommunications Business Act.

2-3. Information the User explicitly saves

If you use the "Save this search and receive updates" feature, the search conditions in 2-2 above are stored on the server. However, they are not linked to any information that identifies the User (name, contact details, etc.).

2-4. Favorites

The IDs of subsidies you add to "Favorites" are stored on the server. These, too, are not linked to any information that identifies the User.

3. Provision to Third Parties

We do not sell, provide, or disclose collected information to any third party.

4. Use of External Services

The App uses the following external services:

- jGrants Web API (Digital Agency): retrieving subsidy information (https://www.jgrants-portal.go.jp/)

- Render (cloud hosting): operating the backend server (https://render.com/privacy)

The App does NOT use any AI (generative AI or large language models). Subsidy matching is performed solely by mechanically checking the entered conditions (industry, number of employees, region) against each program's eligibility requirements.

5. Information Security

- Communications are encrypted with HTTPS (TLS).

- The backend server implements rate limiting and security headers.

6-1. About subsidy information

The subsidy information shown in the App is created by risunoa based on information obtained from the Web API of jGrants (the government's official subsidy application system) and from municipal official websites.

The content is not guaranteed by the Japanese government or local authorities.

risunoa bears no responsibility for the accuracy or timeliness of the posted information and does not guarantee that any subsidy will be granted. When considering an application, always confirm the latest information on the official page or with the official contact.

6-2. The App's role

The App provides information only. It does not apply on your behalf, act as an intermediary, or offer consultation. The programs shown are those you "may be eligible for"; this is not a determination of eligibility. Always confirm final eligibility on each program's official page or with its official contact.
