## 第1条（目的）
本規約は、risunoa（以下「運営者」）が提供するスマートフォンアプリおよびウェブサービス「補助金マッチング」（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本サービスをご利用いただく方（以下「ユーザー」）は、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

## 第2条（サービスの内容）
本サービスは、政府・自治体が公開する補助金・助成金情報を収集・整理し、ユーザーの入力条件に基づいてマッチングを行い、申請を検討するための参考情報を提供するものです。
なお、本サービスはAI（生成AI・大規模言語モデル）を一切利用していません。マッチングは、入力された条件（業種・従業員規模・地域）と制度の対象要件を機械的に照合する処理のみで行っています。

## 第3条（禁止事項）
ユーザーは、本サービスの利用にあたり以下の行為を行ってはなりません。
1. 本サービスに掲載された情報を、運営者の許可なく商業目的で複製・転載・販売すること
2. 本サービスへの不正アクセス、過負荷をかける行為、自動クロールや大量リクエストを行うこと
3. 本サービスを通じて虚偽の情報を入力すること
4. 法令または公序良俗に反する行為
5. 本サービスの運営を妨害する行為

## 第4条（免責事項）
1. 本サービスが提供する補助金情報は、公式データソースから取得した参考情報です。情報の正確性・完全性・最新性を保証するものではありません。
2. 本サービスの情報に基づいて行動した結果、補助金の受給ができなかった場合その他いかなる損害が生じた場合も、運営者は一切の責任を負いません。
3. 運営者は、予告なく本サービスの内容変更・一時停止・終了を行うことができます。これによりユーザーに損害が生じた場合も、運営者は責任を負いません。

## 第6条（知的財産権）
本サービスのデザイン・コード・ロゴ等の著作権その他の知的財産権は、運営者または正当な権利者に帰属します。
本規約で明示的に許可された範囲を超えた利用を禁じます。

## Terms of Use — Subsidy Matching
Operator: risunoa (individual) / Location: Tokyo, Japan / Enacted: June 11, 2026
## Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms set out the conditions for using the smartphone app and web service "Subsidy Matching" (the "Service") provided by risunoa (the "Operator"). Anyone who uses the Service (a "User") is deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
## Article 2 (Description of the Service)
The Service collects and organizes information on subsidies and grants published by national and local governments, matches them based on the conditions entered by the User, and provides reference information to help the User consider whether to apply.
The Service does NOT use any AI (generative AI or large language models). Matching is performed solely by mechanically checking the entered conditions (industry, number of employees, region) against each program's eligibility requirements.
## Article 3 (Prohibited Acts)
In using the Service, the User must not:
1. Reproduce, republish, or sell information posted on the Service for commercial purposes without the Operator's permission;
2. Gain unauthorized access to the Service, place excessive load on it, or perform automated crawling or mass requests;
3. Enter false information through the Service;
4. Engage in acts that violate laws or public order and morals;
5. Interfere with the operation of the Service.
## Article 4 (Disclaimer)
1. The subsidy information provided by the Service is reference information obtained from official data sources. Its accuracy, completeness, and timeliness are not guaranteed.
2. The Operator bears no responsibility whatsoever if a User acts on information from the Service and fails to receive a subsidy, or for any other damage that may arise.
3. The Operator may change, suspend, or terminate the Service without prior notice. The Operator bears no responsibility for any damage to Users arising therefrom.
## Article 5 (Personal Information)
The handling of Users' personal information is governed by the separately established Privacy Policy.
## Article 6 (Intellectual Property)
Copyright and other intellectual property rights in the design, code, logo, and other elements of the Service belong to the Operator or the rightful holders. Any use beyond the scope expressly permitted by these Terms is prohibited.

## Article 7 (Changes to the Terms)
The Operator may change these Terms without prior notice. The revised Terms take effect when posted within the Service or on the official website.
## Article 8 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. In the event of any dispute concerning the Service, the Tokyo District Court shall be the court of exclusive agreed jurisdiction for the first instance.
